Thank you to everyone who bought tickets and came out to support us. We've officially raised enough money to cover the rest of our programming for the year, including field trips for all grade levels and field day fun and t-shirts!
Our board thanks the community, and the parent and staff volunteers who stood outside with us for hours in less than great weather conditions to serve up some chicken in honor of our Scholars! We ended the day frozen, but hugged with tears in our eyes and very full hearts.
And a huge thank you to Sturgess BBQ for partnering with us on this event. This was a lot of fun and we did some good for our community. Thank you!
