Reflections Art Contest Entries Due November 6th!

For the first time in close to a decade, Gloversville Elementary scholars will have the opportunity to participate in the PTA Reflections Program, a national tiered arts competition. This year’s theme is “Accepting Imperfection.”
Our scholars have a chance to use not just their artistic skills, but their critical thinking skills to interpret what that theme means to them and translate it into a work of art.
Boulevard Art Teacher, Mrs. Gutta, will be holding after school workshops in her classroom for scholars to work on their pieces.
Finalists will be submitted to the Regional level. On November 15th, GEPTA will hold a ceremony to recognize all participants and showcase their work to our community.
Applications can be picked up in the main offices. We look forward to seeing what the scholars create!
