Our appreciation for GESD teachers and staff is Unlimited!

As we wrap up staff appreciation week, we just want to say one more time how absolutely grateful we are for all of the teachers and staff at our three elementary schools. We spent this week surprising them with some treats, games, and supplies, all following a “Wicked” theme.

What really resonated with us about this theme was the notable song “For Good”, which centers around gratitude and working together for the collective good. Students also showed their gratitude for teachers and staff with a dress up spirit week and by adding personal notes to the yellow brick road of appreciation at each school to staff that changed them 'for good'. Thank you for all that you do!!
